This policy outlines our shipping process, estimated delivery times, and what to expect when placing an order with us.


1. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days after payment is received.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable).

2. Shipping Times & Delivery Estimates

Since we work with suppliers from different regions, shipping times vary based on product availability and destination. Below are our estimated delivery windows:

7. Address Issues & Returned Packages

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, we can reship it at the customer’s expense or issue a refund (minus shipping fees).
